CBYapproves coverage of traders' letters of credit

The Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) decided on Thursday it will cover the Yemeni traders' letters of credit worth not more than $ 200,000, part of measures to maintain the import of commodities to the country in light of the hard currency crisis.
The CBY approved to sell foreign currency to the citizens wanting to travelabroad for treatment,by the amount or equivalent oftwo thousand dollars per patient.
