Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Mohammed Al-Saadi, has chaired the fourth meeting of the steering committee for the Program of Strengthening Yemen Countryside Resilience.
The meeting, held in the Jordanian capital Amman on Monday under the patronage of high-level representatives from the European Union, FAO, UNDP, WFP and ILO, recounted the Program's efforts to strengthen the resilience of the rural communities affected by the crisis,starting four provinces in the current phase.
Al-Saadi appreciated the efforts exerted by the team of the Program which benefits about 250,000people, farmers and rural residents.
