PLC Chairman: IRGC Flight to Sana'a a Flagrant Violation of Yemen's Sovereignty and a Direct Challenge to the International Order
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, called for a firmer international response to Iran's blatant interference in Yemen, following the Iranian regime's operation of a flight belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to Sana'a Airport, which is under the control of the Houthi terrorist militias. He described the flight as a clear violation of Yemen's sovereignty and a blatant breach of international law and relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

JIAT's Spokesman: We are ready to discuss international organization's claims

The Spokesman of the Joint Incidents Assessment Team (JIAT) in Yemen Mansour Bin Ahmed Al-Mansour stressed the team's distance of indulging in any political agendas, confirming readiness of discussing falsified claims with international organizations.

In a press conference held here on Tuesday, al-Mansour made it clear that the team has been established by an initiative from the countries of the Arab Coalition for supporting legality in Yemen and works independently and implementing transparency and professionalism.

He added that the team has complete details on the reports issued by the international organizations and is ready to review details if the organizations provided enough proofs on the converse.

He pointed out that joint team makes its reports depending on real and documented proofs not on posts in the social media pages and that the team is integrating with the international organizations for protecting human rights and limiting violations resulting from military operations.

Al-Mansour reviewed seven reports finished recently and explained by the photos and documented proofs claims included in some reports of the international organizations and commitment of the Arab Coalition of the Humanitarian International Law's rules.
