The Yemeni government has reiterated its call to the international community and the Security Council to provide assistance in finding possible ways to resume oil and gas exports as a crucial step towards achieving stability and economic recovery.

Minister of Human Rights Mohammad Askar discussed with Assistant of the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Human Rights and International Law Affairs Ahmad al-Jarman cooperation between the two countries in human rights domain.
Askar reviewed human rights situation in Yemen in general and Province of Hodeida in particular and severe violations committed by Houthi militia against civilians.
He praised the positive role of the United Arab Emirates in the framework of the Arab Coalition for providing relief and humanitarian assistances to Yemeni people, in addition to sacrifices of the UAE in the battlefields.
The UAE official reaffirmed his country's support to the government and people of Yemen against Houthi rebel militia.
