Eminent Experts report seeks to cover up Houthisavage crimes, Yemen activists say
[30/08/2018 05:32]

MARIB-SABA
Yemeni activists have said a recent report issued by the UNHRC's Group of Eminent Experts on Yemen seeks to cover up the savage Houthicrimes including the enforced disappearances of Yemeni civilians .

The activists expressed this belief in a seminar held Marib Girls Foundation and the Human Rights Ministry branch office held in Marib on Thursday 30th August, the occasion of the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearance.

Male and female participants said the report which blamed the government and Arab Coalition for civilian deaths reflected the exact narrative of and took the side of the Houthi militia and breached the principles of the UN Security Council resolutions including resolution no. 2216.

The young activists said the report totally ignored the horrifying Houthi brutalities including the torturesof prisoners to death and to disability.
