Yemen's Ambassador to Moscow Ahmad Salem al-Wahishi discussed with the Dean of Russian Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy preparations for holding the festival of Yemeni-Russian relations commemorating singing treaty between the two countries in 1928.

The ambassador reviewed situations Yemen goes through and continued efforts by the government for ending the war and realizing peace on the bases of the three references; the GCC Initiative and its implementation mechanism, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the UN Resolution 2216.

For his part, the Russian official confirmed that Yemen gets support from the diplomatic academic and Russian researchers.
