HR Ministry says Group of Experts' report was shocking

Yemen's Ministry of Human Rights said on Tuesday the report of the Group of Eminent Experts on Yemen established by the Human Rights Council was lacking neutrality and accuracy in some of its paragraphs to a shocking degree. .

In a statement on Tuesday the ministry said the report of the UNHCHR which he gathered from the Experts lacked concept definitions.

"The ministry noticed that the (Experts) team skipped the mandate given to them by the UNHRC … regarding offering technical assistance to the country," said the ministry.

It affirmed it is "studying the report, preparing the responses and, when finished, will deliver them" as per the followed practice.
