The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Yemeni, Saudi foreign ministers discuss coordination and cooperation

Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalid Alyemanyhis Saudi counterpart Adel Ahmed Al-Jubeir discussed political coordination, cooperation and consultation between the Yemeni and Saudi foreign ministries and their affiliate diplomatic missions to international organizations.

In a meeting the ministers held in the Saudi capital on Wednesday, Alyemany conveyed President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi's greetings and appreciations to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for Saudi Arabia's continuous support to the Yemeni people.

Alyemany briefed Al-Jubeir on measuresthe Yemeni government is taking to restore normalcy security and launch reconstruction in the different provinces retaken from Houthi rebels,
He also updated him on the military developments of the battles with the rebels on the ground.

The two ministers also discussed the latest developments in regards to the UN Special Envoy Martin Griffiths' initiative for a peaceful Houthi withdrawal from the city of Hodeidah.

Alyemany affirmed the government's support to the initiative to end the suffering of the people of the province and hopefully reach a sustainable comprehensive national level peace based on the local and international consensus terms of references.
