President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi ordered the security authorities in the temporary capital Aden to clamp down on security irregularities and bring those responsible for assassinations to justice.
In a follow-up call with Aref Ahmed Ali the secretary general of the Doctors Union in Aden who, along with his son, sustained injuries in an assassination attempt in Aden this morning, Hadi indicated that he ordered the government to cover the expenses of the treatment of Aref's son who sustained critical injuries.
An explosive device exploded and ripped their car as they were driving in al-Mualla in the center of the city.
