The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received Tuesday a UN delegation included Assistant of the UN Secretary General for Security Affairs, Peter Drynen and his aide Masha Jeffery and Chairman of Security Committee of the Secretary General's Office of Security and Safety, Joe Hass Keycorp and a number of specialists in the Office.
The President welcomed the delegation, affirming that the government will provide the Office with all forms of necessary support to help it doing its missions.
The government and Ministry of Interior are urged to provide the UN's Office of Security and Safety with protection and take all necessary measures to enable the mission doing its job properly.
