A republican decree no (40) of 2018 was issued Wednesday. First article of the decree stated that Nasser Al-Khader Abd-Rabbu Assawadi shall be appointed as governor of Al-Baidha province.
Second article stated that it shall be put into its effects upon the date of being issued and shall be published in the gazette.
