PM Office : Government's statements expressed by its official sources
[11/05/2018 09:01]

ADEN-SABA
The Office of the Prime Minister discredited media reports that included many statements attributed to anonymous government's sources published by different media outlets. Those statements were falsely portrayed as they are the legitimate government's positions with the purpose of casting doubts over its relations with member states of the Arab Coalition.

The Office of the Prime Minister issued statement in which it has reiterated that legitimate government's stances are only officially expressed by the Prime Minister and its official spokesperson and the Council of Ministers' statements. This is very well know in the media business.

The statement noted that anyone may be disguised under anonymous names whether they are true or untrue don't represent the Yemeni government and don't express its stances.

The statement pointed out that the legitimate government issued an official statement about the recent developments. The Prime Minister's Office statement went on saying:" Communications have never stopped either directly or through the Command of Arab Coalition Forces in order to reach common understandings and to focus on the mutual objective: to spoil the Iranian scheme in Yemen and put down the Houthi militia coup and go on establishing the Federal Stable and Secure Yemeni State that was agreed on in the outcomes of the Natitional Dialogue and under the legitimate leadership of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi".

The statement urged media outlets to act professionally, get accurate information and credible sources.
