Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of Supreme Relief Committee—Abdulraqeeb Fatah met Wednesday with the Representative of the World Food Program (WFP) Mohammed Ali Muhmood.

Fatah's conversations with Muhmood focused on the need for greater assistance and aid by the WFP in order to cope with the increasingly growing number of the people in need around all provinces

Fatah also underlined the need for using the Cards Approach to deliver food assistance to the family in need

Reviving school nutrition program, activating relation with school nutrition in the Ministry of Education in the interim capital Aden were also touched upon during the meeting

The contribution of the WFP to the projects of the second phase of relief stage were also elaborately discussed

The Minister handed the WFP official a number of urgent relief proposals that can be discussed and put in place.
