Yemen Condemns Terrorist Drone Attacks Against Saudi Arabia Launched from Iraqi Territory
The Republic of Yemen has strongly condemned the criminal terrorist attacks targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using drones launched by militias affiliated with the Iranian regime from Iraqi territory, describing them as a dangerous escalation and a flagrant violation of state sovereignty that threatens regional peace and security.

RIYADH-SABA
The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdul Latif al-Zayani condemned the Houthi rebels'attack on the cities of Riyadh, Jazan and Najran in Saudi Arabia, with three ballistic missilesdescribing the attack as a "a cowardly terrorist act."

"The continuation of the Houthi militia to fire ballistic missiles at the kingdom, targeting populated cities and endangering the lives of civilians, is a sign that the rebels are determined to threaten the security of Saudi Arabia and reject the regional and international efforts to stop the bloodshed in Yemen."

He called on the international community to condemn these acts of aggression which violate the international laws and conventions, calling on the UN Security Council to exercise its political and legal responsibility and to implement its resolutions on Yemen, including resolution no. 2216.
