The Chargé d'Affaires of Yemen’s Permanent Delegation to the League of Arab States, Ambassador Dr. Ali Mousa discussed Monday with the Secretary-General of the Arab Economic Unity Council Ambassador Mohamadi Al-Ni ways to enhance joint cooperation between the delegation and the council, as well as mechanisms for developing joint Arab action in economic fields and making better use of available resources.

Yemen's permanent mission to the Arab League has organized a workshop to promote a pan-Arab for limiting domestic violence while keeping families integrated.

The workshop held in cooperation with the Arab Women Organization was under the slogan "Toward an Pan-Arab Agenda to Address Domestic Violence - Challenges and Opportunities."

Addressing the workshop, Yemen's Ambassador to the Arab League Riyad Al-Akbari said the workshop "aims to find solutions for a range of social problems that will otherwise become terminal in such a complicated Arab situation."
