Syoon's airport workers demands discussed

Assistant Deputy Governor of Hudramout for Wadi and Sahara Engineer Hisham Assa'eedi held a meeting Sunday included deputy director of Syoon International airport, representatives of Trade Unions of Wadi and Sahara Hudramout and the Syoon airport workers.

The meeting devoted to discuss demands raised by the workers of Syoon International airport who have already initiated a strike.

Eng. Assa'eedi praised the good efforts made by the airport's workers to operate the airport amid current hardships and war-times the country has been experiencing. However, he urged the workers to comply with the internal bylaws and regulations.

Assa'id expressed understanding of the workers legal rights press. The deputy governor agreed with the representatives of the Trade Unions to explore reasonable solutions. He also stressed the importance to end the strikes.
