Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh presided over a meeting Thursday in Marib province.
The meeting included governors of the provinces of Marib, Sana'a, Sa'ada, Al-Baidha, Amran and Dhamar.
Advisor of Commander-in-Chief, Acting Minster of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi, General Inspector of Armed Forces, Acting Chief of Staff, Maj. General Adel Al-Qomairi and Commander of Arab Coalition Forces in Marib Brigadier General Ali bin Syar Al-Anzi were in presence.
The meeting devoted to discuss the latest political and military developments on the ground.
The Vice President gave a key work in which talked about the military advancements gained by the government's troops, underway efforts aiming to restore the state's institutions, praising Marib province's role in taking in all Yemeni citizens and supporting legal leadership and government.
(Lt Gen) Mohssen said:" We were gathering in Marib province, the region of civilization, history and resistance, we're approaching a new phase of national struggle in which all Yemenis are aligning together, without exception, we're standing together against Iranian-Houthi gang which has become disclosed to the nation and the world".
He reiterated that every anti-Houthi stance under the legitimacy framework is welcome.
The Vice President urged the governors to join efforts and mobilize different political and societal consistencies and establish better coordination and communication between the provinces and military and security services.
Mohssen highly appreciated the supportive role by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in supporting the Yemeni government and people against the Iran-backed Houth coup.
