UNICEF, WHO provide Aden's Vaccination Department with anti-diphtheria vaccines

The UNICEF and World Health Organization provided the Department of Health Vaccination Department here on Thursday a quantity of vaccinations for providing the two campaigns of combating measles and diphtheria with vaccines.

"The vaccinations include 390 thousand doses to patients of measles for targeting 355, 000 children from six months to 10 years from across Aden and 146,000 doses for vaccination against diphtheria," said Director of Vaccination Department Faisal al-Saidi.

He added that anti-fever vaccinations have been also provided to children from 7-15 years by the two organizations.
These vaccinations will be given to children while in their schools.
