Yemeni-Spanish cooperation in relief discussed

Yemeni ambassador to the Royal Kingdom of Spain Nabeel Maissari met Monday with the Director of the Office of the Humanitarian Relief in the Sapanish Agency for International Cooperation Rafael Dial.

The meeting aimed to explained humanitarian situations in our country explore possible cooperation with the Spanish organizations which operate in the relief and humanitarian domain.

Al-Maissari detailed the Spanish official on the difficult humanitarian situations the Yemeni people have been suffering due to the coup d'état staged by the Houthi militia. The ambassador also highlighted the need for activating the agreements which were signed between the two countries and haven't been put in place because of the militia' coup.

The Spanish official affirmed the Spanish government's support for the legitimate Yemeni government politically and humanitarianly due to the critical stage in Yemen. .
