The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Ambassador Maremhails Egypt's positive role toward Yemen

Yemen's Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Mohamed Marem, praised Egypt's positive contributions in Yemen including participation in the Arab Coalition's mission to restore the Yemeni government and its support to the Yemeni people through the UN Security Council.

During his meeting today with Egyptian Foreign Minister SamehShoukry, Ambassador Marem said that the Yemeni citizens in Egypt are very grateful for the facilitations they get in Egypt in appreciation of their difficulties at homedue to the Houthi militia's insurgency.

For his part, Shoukry affirmed Egypt's stance in support of the Yemeni government and full partnership with the Arab Coalition countries in defeating the Houthicoup and achieving peace as per the three respective references, including the UN resolutions on Yemen.

He reiterated his country's support to the Yemeni people, government and their country's security and territorial integrity. He also emphasized the implementation of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's directives taken following his meetings with President President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
