Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday the ban of any assembling, rallying or demonstrations in the interim capital Aden. Therefore, any form of such actions at this moment is considered to be destabilizing actions against the public security and stability.
The Ministry also has approved to prevent armed groupings from entry the interim capital Aden.
The Ministry made clear that it will undertake its role in maintaining the nation's security, stability and public and private owned property. To this end, the Ministry will act through its concerned authorities and apparatuses in coordination with the Arab Coalition Forces.
The Ministry issued statement said:" Ministry of Interior had been closely following the disturbing movements aiming to destabilize security in the interim capital Aden. There are fears that terrorist sleep cells of Al-Qaeda and Houthis may capitalize on these movements to disturb security and stability of Aden".
The statement added" These measures by the Ministry are intended to leave no room for troublemakers to disturb security and stability in order to derail Yemenis' and Arab Coalition's main battle against Iran-backed militia and agents who are planning chaotic moves aiming to disturb security and stability of the interim capital Aden".
The Ministry stated that it is going to take all measures within its capacities to maintain the public security and stability." Troublemakers who may breach the Ministry's instructions will be held accountable for consequences of their own actions", read the Ministry's statement.
