RIYADH-SABA

The General Secretariat of the GCC hosted Wednesday a meeting of 19 countries which support political process in Yemen.

The special envoy of the UN Secretary General to Yemen Isma'il Ouled Sheikh Ahmed attended the meeting and gave a presentation on the latest political developments the Republic of Yemen has been going through.

The ambassadors have reaffirmed their own countries support for the good offices have been made by the UN envoy in order to get the Yemeni crisis solved on the basis of the GCC initiative, outcomes of the National Dialogue and the UN Security Council resolution 2216.
