Following his appointment as Yemen's new Ambassador to Indonesia, Dr. Abdulghani al-Shamiri has submitted his credentials to the Director-General for Protocol Affairs at the Indonesian Foreign Ministry Andri Hadi.
During the submission, al-Shamiri expressed Yemen's appreciation of Indonesia's support to the Yemeni government and noted the depth of the bilateral brotherly relations including the ancient trade relations during which Yemenis spread the message of Islam in Indonesia.
