Food security project totaling $36 million discussed in Aden

Undersecretary of Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation Eng. Ameen Ba-Qader held a meeting in Aden on Thursday with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Ahmed Isma'il and Head of Agriculture Unit in Social Development Fund (ADF) Muhmood Haider.

The meeting devoted to discuss the implementation of food security project and agriculture developing projects in 2018. The projects total const estimated at $36 million dollars.

The meeting also discussed the paramount significance of the project which is financed by FAO and targeted 90 thousands families and 630 thousands of farmers in the provinces of Luhj, Abyan and Shabwa.
