RIYADH-SABA

Deputy Premier, Foreign Minister Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi received the Undersecretary of French Ministry for Middle East and North Africa Gerome Bonavont.

Yemeni-French bilateral ties and cooperation were key focus of Al-Mikhlafi's talks with the French official.

The ongoing armed conflict in Yemen was also discussed during the meeting.

The foreign minister praised French support for Yemeni legal government and Yemeni people as well.

The French official reiterated French government's support for efforts aiming to restore legality in Yemen and re-establishing security and stability in the country.
