Yemen has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the sideline of the 17th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) which wrapped up on Friday in Durban of South Africa.
Yemen's Acting Ambassador in South Africa Najib Ali signed on Yemen's behalf as he headed the country's delegation to the meeting.
The member states of IORA are Australia, Bangladesh, Comoros, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mozambique, Oman, Seychelles, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and,of course, Yemen.
