LAHJ, SABA
General Director of Water Corporation Salimain bin-Ali and Representative of theUAE Red Crescent signed on Saturday an agreement for importing engines, pumps and pipes for water and sanitation in Aden.
The UAE Red Crescent is the party to finance the agreement signed at the Arab Coalition Headquarter here.
Prime Minister Ahmad Obeid bin-Dagher, who praised the UAE assistances in Yemen for alleviating suffering of the Yemeni people, attended the signing ceremony.
He also hailed the brotherly and historical Yemeni-UAE relations, which were embodied recently in active participation of the UAE in Saudi-led Military Firmness and Restoring Hope Storms.
The two storms have curbed Iranian influence in the region and enabled the legitimate government of regaining 85 percent of the state's territories.
