Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The deputy governor of Aljawf Eng. Naji Maseeh has launched an awareness-raising course for religious preachers about the risks and prevention methods of cholera, a raging epidemic in Yemen.

The course was organized by the branch office of the Public Health Ministry in the province.

The Director General of the Public Health office Mayaz al-Yusufi made clear that Aljawf is one of the provinces afflicted by the epidemic and the recorded cases of infection have numbered 5900 to now.
