A report by the Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms documented 4896 violations and crimes committed by the Houthi militia against religious activists and places of worship in Yemen from January 1, 2015, to June 30, 2025. The deputy governor of Aljawf Eng. Naji Maseeh has launched an awareness-raising course for religious preachers about the risks and prevention methods of cholera, a raging epidemic in Yemen.
The course was organized by the branch office of the Public Health Ministry in the province.
The Director General of the Public Health office Mayaz al-Yusufi made clear that Aljawf is one of the provinces afflicted by the epidemic and the recorded cases of infection have numbered 5900 to now.
