Yemen info.minister, Nilesat chairman discuss cooperation

Yemen's Information Minister Muammar al-Eryani and the chairman of the Egyptian Satellite Company, Nilesat,AhmedAnees have discussed ways of the latter cooperating with Yemen's state-run and pro-state information media.

The that includes addressing any technical detriments to the broadcast of the Yemeni client TV channels.

Anees said Nilesat is doing its utmost to achieve a pleasant level of cooperation with the Yemeni side and said his company is willing to continue cooperation with Yemen's Ministry of Information.

Minister al-Eryani expressed his appreciation to Nilesat's cooperative attitude and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's leadership for their support to Yemen's information media, the publicly and privately run. Saudi Arabia offered all forms of support to Yemen's mediainstitutions after the rebel militias seized their premises and rendered their personnel fugitive.

History will record the Saudi cooperation in its brightest chapters, minister al-Eryani said.
