President AbdoRabbouManshourHadi issued on Sunday the Republican Decree No. 43 for 2017 appointing Saleh Ahmad al-Rassas a governor to Baidh'a governorate.

The second item of the decree states that the decree is valid since its issuance and to be registered at the Official Gazette.
