PM emphasizes high vigilance among security forces

Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin-Daghr emphasized the necessity of high vigilance among security forces to prevent terror attacks. In a meeting with Brig. Ali Shateef the Security Director of Aljawf on Saturday, the premier was given a security briefing by Shateef on the latest about the terror bombing that killed 13 soldiers and wounded 19 others including civilians in Aljawf province a couple of days ago.

An improvised explosive device bombed a security patrol car.

"The perpetrators of the terror bombing abandoned the tolerant principles of Islam," said the premier urging crackdown on and rounding up of the criminals behind the attack. Bin-Daghr condoled the victims' relatives and prayed for quick recovery of the wounded.

He also hailed people of Aljawf for taking the side of the nation, choosing a federal Yemen and defeating ignorance, backwardness and the Saleh-Houthi militia.
