Yemen, Cuba seek cultural cooperation

Havana, (Saba)- Yemen's Ambassador to Cuba Mohammad Nasher discussed on Wednesday with Cuban Minister of Higher Education Jose Ramon Saborido cooperation between the two countries in field of culture and education.

Nasher reviewed mutual relations between the two friendly countries and efforts exerted by political leadership since the beginning of the transfer in 2012 to the National Dialogue Conference in 2013-2014 and Houthi-Saleh's coup against legal authority and efforts of peace.

For his part, Cuban Minister Saborido praised deep historical relations between the two countries, renewing his country's support to Yemen and its legal government for peace efforts.

He showed his country's readiness to receive Yemeni students in Cuban Universities in the framework of cultural cooperation between the two countries.
