The Ambassador of the Republic of Yemeni to the Republic of Cuba Mohammed Nasher met today, Sunday, with the Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Carlos Hernandez and discussed Yemeni-Cuban bilateral relations and cooperation.

The talks also addressed Iran’s continued support for the Houthi terrorist militias and the threat they pose to Yemen’s security and stability, as well as to international navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandeb.

The Cuban official affirmed his country’s support for Yemen and its internationally recognized government, Yemen’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, and backing efforts aimed at achieving peace and stability.
