His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, arrived in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Wednesday to offer condolences on the death of l His Highness former Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

President al-Alimi is accompanied by Presidential Leadership Council Member Lieutenant General Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Speaker of the House of Representatives Sheikh Sultan al-Barakani.

He is leading a high-level delegation that includes Deputy Chairman of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission and Minister of State Akram al-Ameri, as well as Members of Parliament Abdulwahab Muawadah and Ensaf Mayo.

Upon arrival at Hamad International Airport, President al-Alimi was received by Qatar's Minister of Transport, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani, and Yemen's Ambassador to the State of Qatar Rajeh Badi.
