An emergency relief convoy provided by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) arrived in Marib Governorate on Sunday, as part of efforts to address the growing humanitarian needs of displaced families in the governorate.
The convoy includes 1,440 shelter kits and 1,680 tents, aimed at supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and responding to urgent humanitarian challenges resulting from natural disasters and the continued influx of displaced families into Marib.
Director of the Marib branch of Al-Wusool Humanitarian Society, the national implementing partner, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Hijrah, said that the convoy is part of the fifth phase of the Emergency Shelter Response Plan in Yemen, funded through the support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
