Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty
The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani was in attendance.

Turkey welcomes invitation of President al-Alimi to hold conference for southerners, supports Saudi efforts

The Republic of Turkey welcomed the invitation of His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) to hold a conference for the southern components, affirming its support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts for this initiative.

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement, "The Republic of Turkey attaches importance to the efforts of the PLC in the Republic of Yemen, aimed at restoring stability in the country and supporting efforts to achieve a lasting political solution based on constitutional legitimacy in Yemen."

The statement added, "Turkey is closely following the recent developments in the southern governorates, which threaten the country's sovereignty, the integrity of its territory as well as the security of neighboring countries."
