The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's MASAM project removed 924 mines during the third week of December.
These mines had been planted by the Houthi terrorist militia in various governorates. In a statement, the center reported that the mines removed in the governorates of Aden, Hodeidah, Hajjah, Lahj, Marib, and Taiz included one anti-personnel mine, 56 anti-tank mines, 864 unexploded ordnance, and three improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
The statement said that the number of mines removed during December rose to 2,656, bringing the total number of mines removed since the start of the "Masam" project to 529,116.
