Chairwoman of Woman National Committee seeks French support for Yemeni woman issues

The Chairwoman of the National Committee for Women Dr. Shafiqa Saeed held discussions today, Thursday, in the transitional capital Aden, with French Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Katherine Corm Kammoun on the challenges the Yemeni women faced by.

Saeed updated Kammoun on the priorities the Committee is working on presently, citing the challenges facing the Committee and the Yemeni woman amid current circumstances.

The French Ambassador stated that Paris will continue to support the Yemeni government's efforts and the Yemeni woman issues through its partners, mainly in the two domains of health and food security.
