The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani met today in the temporary capital Aden, with the Swiss Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Thomas Ortella.
They conferred over bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
Dr. Zindani highly praised the positive role that Switzerland plays in humanitarian and relief efforts, confirming that the Yemeni government is keenly seeking to further boost the bilateral partnership to serve mutual interests.
He also cited the reform steps that the government is implementing to strengthen financial and economic stability and the steps taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to fully activate its institutional work from the temporary capital Aden.
The Swiss Ambassador confirmed his country's commitment to continue providing support to Yemen, highlighting the importance of joint coordination in international arenas.
