Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Waed Badhib, met with the Assistant General Supervisor of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen SPDRY, Eng.
Hassan Al-Attas, to discuss ways to support and strengthen the social protection system and the Health Facilities Support Fund in Yemen.
The two sides explored mechanisms to activate joint programs aimed at improving health services and expanding social protection coverage for the most vulnerable groups in Yemeni society.
This effort is part of the ongoing initiatives to achieve sustainable development and support the Yemeni citizen.
Dr. Badhib praised the leading role of SPDRY in supporting the health sector and community programs.
He emphasized the importance of intensifying joint efforts to enhance basic services in Yemeni governorates.
