The French team's goals were scored by Spaniard Fabian Ruiz in the 26th minute and Moroccan Achraf Hakimi in the 71st minute, while Bukayo Saka scored Arsenal's goal in the 75th minute.
The match witnessed Paris Saint-Germain's missed penalty kick by Vitina in the 68th minute.
The French capital club won the first leg in London 1-0, qualifying on aggregate with a 3-1 victory.
