The Minister of Finance Salem bin Braik held talks today, Wednesday, with the representatives of the Financial Affairs Department (FAD) at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the technical support provided by the Fund to build capacities of the Finance Ministry and its subordinate bodies.
The talks covered topics relating to the required technical support for the Finance Ministry to sustain the government's efforts to carry out the comprehensive reforms program in the economic, financial, monetary and administrative fields.
Bin Braik underscored the need for the IMF's support to the Yemeni government's efforts to deal with the formidable challenges in the economic, financial, services and humanitarian fields.
