Yemen participated in the 163rd Regular Session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the Permanent Representative Level, held in Cairo.
The session marked a crucial step in preparation for the Council's meeting at the ministerial level.
During the session, Ambassador Dr. Ali Musa, Chargé d'Affaires of Yemen to the Arab League, handed over the presidency of the previous 162nd session to Ambassador Amjad Al-Adayleh, Permanent Representative of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Ambassador Al-Adayleh assumed the presidency of the current session.
Dr. Ali Musa praised the level of Arab cooperation during Yemen's presidency of the previous session, highlighting the efforts of Permanent Representatives and the League's General Secretariat in supporting joint Arab action.
He emphasized the importance of continued coordination and integration to address regional and international challenges.
