MASAM removes 714 landmines in February's first week

The "MASAM" project for clearing Yemeni lands from landmines has managed to remove 714 landmines during the first week of this February.

These mines were planted by the Houthi militia, which is backed by the Iranian regime, across various provinces.
According to a statement from the project, among the dismantled mines are 30 anti-tank mines and 684 unexploded ordnances.

This brings the total number of the landmines removed since the beginning of "MASAM" project to 481,240.
These landmines were indiscriminately planted across Yemeni territories, claiming the lives of innocent children, women and the elderly and instilling fear in the hearts of the safe.
