Yemen and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) signed a bilateral agreement on Saturday in Riyadh, aimed at revitalizing Kuwaiti development projects and restructuring the repayment of outstanding debts.
This accord is a testament to the Kuwaiti leadership's appreciation for the extraordinary circumstances prevailing in Yemen and the historic bonds of friendship between the two fraternal nations.
The agreement was inked by Dr. Waed Badheeb, Yemen's Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, and Eng. Waleed Shamlan Al-Bahar, Acting Director-General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
