The Undersecretary of Health Minister for Population Affairs Dr. Abdulraqeeb al-Haidari discussed Thursday with representatives from the Protection Section of UNICEF the organization's interventions in the field of protection, particularly concerning children and women.
The meeting reviewed UNICEF's efforts in protecting the most vulnerable groups, the importance of collaboration between the ministry and local organizations to ensure the delivery of effective and sustainable services, and discussed interventions in the area of protection, as well as the role of local organizations in supporting protection efforts.
Dr. al-Haidari emphasized the need to strengthen partnerships with international and local organizations to ensure the implementation of protection programs more efficiently, stressing the importance of focusing on the protection of children and women as the most at-risk groups.
