A decree no (25) of 2025 issued today, Tuesday, by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, its first article stated that Mostafa Ahmed Mohammed Noaman is appointed Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
Second article stated that this decree shall take its effects from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the gazette.
