MASAM removes 3,174 Houthis-laid landmines in a week

King Salman Humanitarian and Relief Center (KSrelief) Demining Project in Yemen, known as "MASAM" managed to remove 3,174 of landmines and unexploded ordnances (UXO), in the 4th week of December 2024, planted and left by the Iranian regime backed terrorist Houthi militiamen in different Yemeni governorates.
The KSrelief Center reported that MASAM's deminers pulled out 3 anti-personnel, 7 anti-tanks landmines and removed 3,160 UXO.
This brings total number of the landmines, explosive devices and UXO removed by MASAM up to 476 thousand and 432, all landmines planted randomly by the terrorist Houthi militiamen.
It is important to note that MASAM started its demining mission in 2018.
