Defense minister Brig. Gen. Mohsen al Daeri held talks with the Australian non-resident ambassador to Yemen Mark Donovan and non-resident defence attaché Capt Lauren Milburn.
Talks covered the developments in Yemen and the consequences of the terrorist Houthi militia's attack on vessels and the disruption of navigation. Al-Daeri praised Australia's support to the government and labeling of Houthis as a terror organization.
