FM, WFP official discuss Yemen's humanitarian situation

Foreign minister Dr. Shaya Zindani held talks with WFP's Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Carl Skau the WFP's projects and humanitarian developments and current challenges in Yemen.
Minister Zindani laid emphasis on the importance of enhancing cooperation between the Yemeni government and the WFP to accomplish the shred goal of aiding the most vulnerable.
He said the government is willing to offer all facilities to the WFP so as to help in unifying local, regional and international efforts to bridge the gap in funding the WFP's humanitarian activities.
